- Join us for our 6-week hybrid birth class series that will prepare you for an amazing birth, breastfeeding, and newborn care experience!
- Includes 6 class sessions you can watch online from home.
- Additionally, we’ll have an IN-PERSON class session for hands-on practice to help you feel completely prepared for your baby’s birth & beyond!

- Process of labor & birth
- How to navigate interventions
- Pain relief options & cesarean birth
- Preparation for natural birth
- Comfort measures & relaxation
- How to feel safe & confident while pushing
- Mental & emotional preparation for birth
- Special focus on giving dad tools to feel prepared
- Breastfeeding with confidence
- Newborn care & soothing techniques
- Diapering, safe sleep options, and babywearing
- Each class lasts approximately 2 hours and can be viewed on your own schedule
